These terms govern your use of kingdommindsetce.com and the courses, events and services offered by Kingdom Mindset CE ("KMCE", "we", "us"). By using the site or registering for a course, you agree to these terms.

Educational purpose

KMCE provides continuing education for dental professionals. Course content is for educational purposes only and does not replace your own clinical judgment, professional standards or applicable regulations. You remain responsible for the care you provide to your patients.

Continuing education credit

Kingdom Mindset CE is an AGD PACE Nationally Approved Provider (#441585, approval term 4/1/2026–3/31/2028). CE credit is awarded only for verified attendance or completion as stated for each course. Acceptance of credit is up to each licensing board; please check your board's requirements.

Registration and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your seat is confirmed once payment is complete. Store purchases from the KMCE Shop are also subject to Shopify's terms and the store's policies.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible at kingdom.kmdsm@gmail.com. Any cancellation or refund terms shown at registration for a specific course apply to that course. If KMCE cancels or reschedules an event, we will offer you a transfer to another date or a refund.

Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, slides, text, graphics and logos are owned by KMCE or its faculty and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use them for your own learning only. You may not copy, record, share, resell or redistribute them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorization, share your course access with others, or disrupt live or online sessions.

Third-party services

Our site links to services run by others, including Stripe, Calendly, Shopify and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and courses are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMCE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or courses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course involved.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
